Jackie Shroff made his Bollywood debut with the film “Swami Dada” in 1982, but it was his role in Subhash Ghai’s “Hero” (1983) that brought him widespread recognition and established him as a leading actor in the industry. “Hero” was a massive success and marked the beginning of Jackie Shroff’s illustrious career.
